Real Estate Administrative Assistant (In-Office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with real estate experience to join our team. This is an in-office position, and preference will be given to local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage real estate contracts and documentation

  • Monitor, review, and respond to client communications via email

  • Maintain and update real estate platforms and databases

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and property-related research

  • Provide general administrative support related to real estate operations

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate administration or a similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required (French is a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Additional Information:

  • This is an in-office role; local candidates are preferred

  • A 90-day trial period will apply, with compensation reviewed and adjusted based on performance
