Real Estate Administrative Assistant (In-Office)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with real estate experience to join our team. This is an in-office position, and preference will be given to local candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage real estate contracts and documentation
- Monitor, review, and respond to client communications via email
- Maintain and update real estate platforms and databases
- Assist with marketing initiatives and property-related research
- Provide general administrative support related to real estate operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in real estate administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required (French is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Additional Information:
- This is an in-office role; local candidates are preferred
- A 90-day trial period will apply, with compensation reviewed and adjusted based on performance
